NOTICE OF BUSINESS ENTITY CHANGE

Thank you for your previous support and cooperation.
According to the business strategy, the current entity CHANGYI INDUSTRIAL (SHANGHAI) CO.,LTD, hereinafter referred to as CHANGYI, shall focus on domestic business in China. Export business will be carried out by CHANGZHOU CAIAN IMPORT AND EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as CAIAN.
All of the new contacts of export will be signed by CAIAN as seller from the notice date on.
Ongoing transactions from CHANGYI shall continue till the contract is worked off.
We shall continue to cooperate to the best of our abilities.
